How does the building process work?

At Aubrey Homes, Inc, we guide you through the whole journey, from site selection/purchase phase all the way to the closing. To learn more about the building process. P lease click here for the Home Building Process.

How do I choose a home site?

You will have an opportunity to walk the site with your real estate agent and an Aubery Homes, Inc. representative to select the location for your new home. You will then meet to authorize the purchase agreements for your new home. If you do not have a real estate agent I have a prefered vendor page.

How long will it take to build my home?

The length of process depends on many factors, such as what floor plan you choose, the stage of the building, natural elements, finishes, etc. If we are building a new home from the beginning for you, the process typically is 6 months to 1 year.
