Getting to Know you Meeting

You will meet with an Aubrey Homes Representative in order to find out what is most important to you. We will be happy to help you find a lot or we can build on an already purchased lot. We can also put you in contact with the right team of people to best work with your budget and desires in a home.

 

Getting Started

You will solidify your new relationship with Aubrey Homes by putting down a deposit and signing a deposit agreement.

 

The Fun Part

This is where you get to pick out all the features and customizations that will make your dream home unique. You will meet with Aubrey Homes and design the perfect home for you.

 

Getting Down to Brass Tacks

You will meet to ask any final questions about the design and will sign the contract.

 

Your First Look

At this stage the framing will be complete. This is your first look at your new dream home. You will walk through the home with Aubrey homes and ask any questions you may have.

 

For Your Peace of Mind

Prior to you final walkthrough, a third party will inspect your home.

 

Getting to Know Your Home

This is the final look at the home that will soon be yours. Aubrey Homes will go over your home’s unique features and give you a chance to ask any final questions. 

 

Checking In

Aubrey homes will schedule warranty checks 6 months and 11 months after you move in. This is to make sure your new home is everything you dreamed of..
